Pasikudah

This is one of the best-rated beaches on the island and it`s easy to see why. Pasikudah is a small coastal village situated about 35 killometers from Batticaloa on the island`s eastern belt. It`s an ideal beach on which to relax with your toes buried in the golden sands.
The area is renowned for its clear and shallow but mostly calm waters. As a result, the beach is popular for family holidays,particularly for travelers with young children. The shore is also a few dozen steps from the reef, which makes Pasikudah a snorkeler`s paradise as well as a scuba diving and fishing hub.
